In 2018, he expanded to commercial real estate and founded Greystone Capital Group which specializes in Multifamily and Self Storage facilities. He has over 2300 units and 100M+ in real estate portfolio. Jonathan is also a mentor in the Michael Blank multifamily investment community and podcast host of a show called “Building Wealth Through Commercial Real Estate”.
